Dispute resolution
Litigation is the last resort, not the first move. We handle civil and commercial disputes, arbitration, mediation and appeals. But the first thing we do is look for the way out. If there isn’t one, we don’t hesitate.
Straight answers. Zero legalese.
We’ll know what to do with it.
Half-formed, out of order, 11pm. We’ll sort it.
You keep the wheel.
Three areas of work, handled with the same care whether the matter is a boardroom dispute or a family estate.
Litigation is the last resort, not the first move. We handle civil and commercial disputes, arbitration, mediation and appeals. But the first thing we do is look for the way out. If there isn’t one, we don’t hesitate.
A good contract is one you never have to reach for. We handle company set-ups, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial contracts, employment matters and business sales. We draft for the day things go wrong, so you’re ready if it ever comes.
Family matters are personal first and legal second. We handle divorce, custody and maintenance, wills, probate and estate disputes. We keep it calm, keep it private, and keep it human.
Our principal
Principal · LLB (Hons) London, CLP
Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya
Mr Doss has spent close to a decade in civil disputes, which is long enough to learn that the best ones are the ones that never start.
He built Doss & Co. around a simple order of work: listen fully, think clearly, act firmly. Gentle by nature and logical by training, he is careful with your risk and bold only when the facts have earned it.
Beyond the courtroom, he runs a wide general practice. If it isn’t conveyancing, it’s probably his kind of problem.

When the going gets tough, the tough get going.
Doss & Co. sits within GV Group Law Practice, alongside the firm of Dato’ George Varughese. Each firm runs its own matters. But when yours needs more firepower, it’s just down the corridor.
A boutique in front. Behind it, a group of independent practices that chose to share a roof, a library, and a habit of picking up the phone for each other. So you get the attention of a boutique, and the depth of a firm several times its size.
Tell us briefly what has happened. We will reply within one working day to arrange a time to meet, in person or by video call.
